Morgan Stanley On campus Placement Process @KJSCE
Hi,
I am sharing my on-campus Morgan stanley interview experience-questions here.
Additional Comments:
There is some luck involved mostly in the coding part and mcqs some may get an easy code and difficult mcqs or other way round, but you can only blame yourself if you loose it in the interview.and try to be truthful if you dont know a question say that you dont know it.dont try to manage it with what you know.
Start practicing on Codechef.com and solve as many questions as possible.
some companies dont expect you to know everything.but you should be good at some things and should be able to answer questions from it.during interviews your body language matters so be relaxed and go in confident.I think a good month’s preparation will do.
ALL THE BEST. :)

I am sharing my on-campus Morgan stanley interview experience-questions here.
- The placement process in college is as follows:
- Based on your preference( C / C++ / Java ) it will be an objective exam. ( only MCQs). Time will be approximately 1 hour.
- 30 question of any of the above mentioned language.
- nearly 10 questions of Basics Of Computer Science , OS and Data structures. (This is what we had, very high chances that youll may have some modifications.)
- After which all of us had a break of 10 minutes followed with online coding round. Depending on which language you selected , you had to code in that language. We had 2 coding problems which were given. I faintly remember one of them which was on car parking, you had to design a solution such that there are 5 floors and each floor had specific limited for number of cars parked. We need to display all the vacant spaces available in each floor and compute cost for each of the car duration it was parked.
- After clearing 1st round there will be 1st technical interview.
- Questions in this interview will be from your resume ( your projects, tell me about yourself, achievements and every important things mentioned in your resume ). Moderate Difficulty.
- 2nd technical interview. (white board coding or writing algos usually there)
- HR round
- They checks your confident and judges whether candidate will fit in their organization well or not.
- Group Assignment.
- Different kind of GD
- You will be given an assignment that you have to carry out in a group.
- TIPS
- Be attentive to the details
- Take decisions which you can justify
- Be Honest
- Give everyone fair chance to express their views
- Don't dominate
- Be gentle.
